Past Events - 2002 Current | 2003 | 2002 | 2001 | 2000 | 1999 November 29 - Over 100 people attended the Hanging of the Greens Luncheon at the Historic Meeting House in Bedford. All proceeds from the luncheon will be used to benefit historic preservation projects. September 29 - The Curiosity Shop, our annual fundraiser held in conjunction with Bedford Main Street’s Centerfest, was a big success this year. Mary Markham, chairman of the event, extends many thanks to all those who contributed items, made phone calls, and worked at the Meeting House. Almost $800 was raised as a result of this tremendous effort. September 9 - Over 70 people enjoyed a delightful tour of historic sites in northern Bedford County. Glynis Hopkins organized a host of volunteers to offer this wonderful event.
